I ♥ Faces: Wedding Bells

It’s been awhile since I have entered the I ♥ Faces weekly photo contest, so I was thrilled to see the topic this week was Wedding Bells.  I ♥ Faces is a great site where you can get all kinds of inspiration and chat with other photographers.  Just click on the button below to check it out.  

Below is my entry for this week’s contest, the flower girls.  I loved this moment of the two of them together.  Everyone was running around with last minute touch ups, and they were just hanging out and having fun.  A few minutes later they walked down the aisle together hand in hand.

June 30, 2009 - 2:07 pm Sara Morris - Thanks Catharine! The studio is primarily going to be used as a gallery and meeting space. I'll be able to set up backdrops temporarily as needed, but I mostly shoot on location. Also, the walls are more of a taupe/gray color. I wanted something not white, but added the stripes on the ceiling to fancy it up a bit. Keeps is simple for the artwork to look good. Thanks for your comment!

June 30, 2009 - 1:41 pm Catharine - Great entry! I love your site and your studio as well. So amazing! Are you leaving your walls the tan color or painting them? Do you plan to use backdrops or just leave it as is? Very cool!
